Chef AJ Roasted Brussels Sprouts Elsa Voight elsavoight VEGAN This recipe makes approximately 2 cups –go ahead and eat the whole dish! 1 lb of brussel sprouts, sliced in half and stems trimmed off 2 T of balsamic vinegar 2 T of Dijon mustard Preheat oven to 375 degrees and: Place sliced brussel sprouts in a bowl. Add balsamic vinegar and mustard. Mix until thoroughly combined. Spread in a single layer on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
